Week 9 – 12: Talent Acquisition

Facilitate Offer Development, Negotiation and Closing – We will assist you in structuring an offer to attract the candidate to your organization and will act as your representative in any negotiations and offer acceptance.

Assist in New-Hire on-boarding and Quarterly Follow-up – We maintain contact with the new-hire and their hiring manager to provide any support needed during the On-boarding period and to ensure satisfaction of both parties during the first thirty days of employment and quarterly, thereafter, throughout the first year.
