Fixed Service Fees

Our service fees are fixed at the beginning of a search and are completely independent of the final compensation package.  They are based on the amount and complexity of the work and the estimated time to complete the assignment – not on arbitrary or generally accepted percentages.  No fee reconciliations after offer acceptance or add-on administrative fees (of seven to twelve percent of first year’s compensation) equate to significant savings for our clients.

Tied to “Deliverable-Based” Results
Our service fees are tied to deliverable-based results.  The initial billing retains and engages our services.  The second invoice is due once two qualified candidates have been interviewed by our client.  The final fee is due upon a candidate’s acceptance of an offer.
